Send photos or bring the car by. We write up a real estimate — parts, labour and paint — at no charge and no obligation.
STEP 02
Claim & approval
If it's an insurance job, we deal with the adjuster, supplement anything they missed, and get the repair authorised.
STEP 03
The repair
Teardown, structural work, panel work, prep, paint and reassembly. You get updates as the car moves through each stage.
STEP 04
Detail & pickup
Every car gets washed and detailed before it goes back. We walk the repair with you before you take the keys.

Questions
The things people ask before they call.
Do you work with my insurance company?
Yes — we handle all collision insurance claims, no matter the carrier. You are never required to use the shop your insurer "recommends." In New York State the choice of repair shop is yours. Bring us the claim number and we'll take it from there, including supplements for damage the adjuster missed.
How much does an estimate cost?
Nothing. Estimates are free and there's no obligation. Send photos through the estimate form for a ballpark, or drive by during business hours for a proper written one.
Will the new paint match the rest of my car?
It will. We pull your vehicle's factory paint code, mix to it, and blend into the adjacent panels so there's no hard edge where old meets new. On older or sun-faded finishes we tint to match what's on the car today, not what left the factory ten years ago.
Can I get a rental car while mine is in the shop?
Yes — there's an Enterprise® rental branch on site. Most insurance policies include rental coverage during a covered repair; we'll tell you up front whether yours does.
How long will my repair take?
A bumper or a single panel is usually a few days. Structural work depends on parts availability and how fast the insurer approves. You'll get a realistic timeline before we start and an update if anything changes — we'd rather tell you early than have you find out at pickup.
What's covered by the lifetime warranty?
Our workmanship and the paint we apply, for as long as you own the vehicle. Parts carry their own manufacturer warranty. Normal wear, new damage and rust that starts outside the repair area aren't covered.
